Chestermere Boxing Club could have a permanent home at 101–340 Merganser Drive West. A City committee recommended the site on October 27, but operating and capital agreements still need to be finalized.
The proposal includes shared space for nonprofit groups. For now, the club operates upstairs at the Chestermere Recreation Centre, 201 West Chestermere Drive. Its programs serve children, recreational adults and competitive boxers.
