CFTR-DB The Rogue Contest Rules & Regulations

These Contest Rules and Regulations apply to all contests, giveaways, promotions, and prize draws conducted by CFTR-DB The Rogue ("The Rogue"), operated by Anchor Media Inc.
By entering any contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and any specific rules announced for an individual contest.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated:
Contests are open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise specified.
Employees, contractors, volunteers, and immediate family members of Anchor Media Inc., CFTR-DB The Rogue, contest sponsors, and affiliated organizations may not be eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter

Telephone call-ins
Text messaging
In-person entries at approved events
Only one entry per person may be permitted unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified.
Prize Conditions

Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged.
The Rogue reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection
Winners may be selected by random draw, judging panel, audience voting, or other methods described in the contest announcement.
Potential winners may be required to:
Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question as required by Canadian law.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility.
Sign a release form if requested.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or does not meet eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected.

Technical failures
Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries

Human error in the administration of contests
Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in a contest or acceptance of a prize
Social Media Disclaimer
Contests conducted through social media platforms are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform unless specifically stated.
Privacy
Personal information collected during contests will be used solely for contest administration, prize fulfillment, and communication purposes in accordance with the CFTR The Rogue Privacy Policy.
Participant information will not be sold to third parties.
Right to Modify or Cancel
CFTR-DB The Rogue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time if circumstances beyond our control affect the fair administration of the contest.
Disputes
All decisions made by CFTR The Rogue regarding contests are final.
Contests shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
