My name is Alanna Rogers, and I've been in Fitness and Nutrition for 10 years, the last three being full time. I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, spin instructor and Nutrition coach. I hold specialty certs in strength and conditioning, weightlifting, kettlebells and barbells. My mission is to teach people that exercise is a celebration of movement and eating well isn't a punishment.
